The fine print: Please
fill out and e-mail this form. All contestants will complete a MC Form upon
registration on the day of the pageant. All judges decisions are final and a
strict NO poor sportsmanship policy will be enforced! All contestants
will
receive wonderful awards and all contestants will be recognized for
their
efforts and beauty on stage. Side awards will only be given if there are 5 or
more contestants per division. Any contestant, parent or guest who
tries to take
away from another contestant's hard earned achievements will
be asked to leave
and the contestant whom they represent will be
disqualified or their title
stripped with NO refund! To aid in ballroom
expenses, a $20.00 door entry fee
will be asked of all spectators other
than contestants. I a professional
production company will take stage shots
so please, No Cameras or video cameras
